While your 60-minute Reiki & Energy Healing session focuses on relaxation, regulation, and overall energetic support, this experience gives us additional time to work intentionally through all seven major chakras, clear stagnant energy, and realign your energetic system from root to crown.

Your session is intuitively customized to you, your energy, and what you need most.

Why Work With Me?

I am a Usui Reiki Master Teacher trained and attuned across multiple Reiki and energy-healing modalities, including Usui Reiki, Quantum Reiki, Kundalini Reiki, Sekhem-Seichim Reiki, Pranic Healing, Quantum Touch, Chakra Therapy, and Crystal Therapy.

I am also trained in breathwork and functional breathing, bringing an understanding of nervous system regulation into the way I hold and structure each session.
