Functional Breathing Coaching

$95

Breathe Better. Regulate. Build a Practice That Supports You.

Breathing happens automatically, but how you breathe matters.

Stress, habitual mouth breathing, upper-chest breathing, breath holding, over-breathing, and everyday patterns can influence how your body responds to stress and how easily you move between activation and relaxation.

This private 60-minute Functional Breathing Coaching session helps you become more aware of your current breathing patterns and learn practical breathing tools you can use in everyday life.

This is an educational and personalized session focused on helping you understand your breath, your patterns, and which practices best support your goals.

Functional Breathing Coaching May Support:

  • Nervous system regulation

  • Stress management and relaxation

  • Awareness of habitual breathing patterns

  • Developing more efficient everyday breathing

  • Feeling chronically tense, activated, or overstimulated

  • Building greater breath awareness

  • Learning how to intentionally shift between calming and activating states

  • Creating a sustainable personal breathing practice

  • Understanding which breathing techniques to use and when

Why Work With Me?

I am trained in functional breathing and trauma-aware breathwork, with experience across a wide range of breathing practices for regulation, relaxation, activation, and deeper breathwork experiences.

Rather than teaching everyone the same technique, I help you understand what your breathing is doing and which practices make sense for you.

Your session is personalized around your current breathing patterns, goals, and nervous system state.

What We’ll Do Together

During your private session, we may:

  • Explore your natural breathing patterns

  • Identify habits such as upper-chest breathing, breath holding, or over-breathing

  • Practice diaphragmatic and functional breathing

  • Explore breathing techniques for nervous system regulation

  • Learn calming and downregulating practices

  • Explore activating practices when appropriate

  • Discuss when different breathing techniques should and shouldn't be used

  • Build a simple breathing practice you can continue at home

Depending on your needs, techniques may include diaphragmatic breathing, coherent breathing, extended-exhale breathing, physiological sighs, box breathing, alternate-nostril breathing, and other functional practices.

The goal is to leave with something practical:

A better understanding of your own breath and tools you can actually use in everyday life.
