Introduction & Self-Healing

The Experience: This foundational level focuses on opening your physical energy channels and learning to channel energy for yourself.

Key Teachings: The history of Usui Reiki, the 5 Reiki Principles, and the physical hand placements for self-treatment and basic table sessions.

The Attunement: A set of initiations that clears the energetic channels in your body.

Best For: Absolute beginners wanting to improve their own physical/emotional well-being.
